I'm afraid I'm a gobshite and I don't pull any punches, that's just the way I am. I did the 'mature' thing for many years and used to send 'responsible' e-mails to publishers and developers, and got sick of the contempt they show for their customers when they simply ignored them. Now I try to give them a public hounding. When they deliberately lie to increase their sales I consider them fair game for payback.
If somebody makes a promise I expect it to have been made in good faith and to see it honoured. When it's not I'll speak my mind.
