1) If you have other people logging in on the computer you are on, you can set permissions to the folder. his basically just tells the PC who can and can't use the files in that folder. They will recieved an "Access is Denied" mesage when they try to open them. But again, this is used when you have different logins.

2) You can make the files/folders hidden. You can choose to hide them, and they cannot be seen, unless "Show all files" is chosen from the folder options.

3) Get a 3rd party program to set a password to access the folder. I'm sure if you look up "PC File Security" or something of that sort on google, something will turn up.
