Im very sorry to request this you do not have to make it but i dont have PSP or anything like that i got Picture It! Publishing 2001 and ive tryed to make them before but it didnt turn out right. I cant control the size on PIP.
And no one in my clan wants to make them.

Allies: American Flag Background that says K-9 on it
Axis: Red Background with Black Swatiska

I thank you alot if you make it. If not its ok, i just want to have something cool for the clan.
