1st off have you reinstalled DirectX9? if that doesnt work you should try to use the "repair" option on the uninstall menu. this will reinstall anything thats was installed on the last installation.
Hint: if you do not have the software for DirectX9 got to the website. which i think is directx.com. and if thats not it search for directx on google.com
