No The server can only allow leaning or not allow leaning. You set up the key binding on your computer by:
1 press ~
2 type bind key action +action

ie bind f strafeleft +leanleft

Doing this will not make you a better player as a good player will still shoot you in the head and kill you.\

To become a good player practice then practice more.
