Have you tried rolling back your video card drivers ( correctly ) stop by
http://www.driverheaven.net/ and get their video card driver cleaner b4 reinstalling any drivers (ati and nvidia ) you may also want to see if the latest drivers are effecting MOH by checking out:
http://download.guru3d.com/
