Hey that problem has came up for me to its sucks and took me awile to fix but i got it going heres how you do you gotta go to your video card companys website and when you do that download the latest driver for your type and brand. If you dont know what card you have this is how you can find out open run and type dxdiag then press ok then a DIrectX Diagnostic tool well open press Display and all the info should be in there.
