If that is true, what is the problem?
.....You guys do know that some women are crazy, and they make up stuff......I've heard of a lot of fucked in the head girls who voluntarily have sex with people and then later take them to court for rape, for the hell of it.
I'm not saying this is what happened - I don't know enough about the case to say something like that, but as far as I know, it could be possible.

In most cases it's "guilty until proven innocent" (when it comes to famous people).
