It wont happen. He's not gonna get jail time. He has NO history. His character - other than adultery - is above reproach. He shouldnt settle, although he will, and the most hell get is propation. Of course the DA is gonna try to wag his dick in Kobes face - "oh he can face up to life in prison - har har har"

Hes playing the game. Wont happen and we all know it wont.
