Well, just ordered my parts. They should be here next week. I'm gonna move the old system (Athlon 1.48 GHz, 384M RAM) into the den and hook it up to the net via linksys router. I'll then give my old Intel 650 to my Mom so she can e-mail and browse the net. (I'm sure i'll be over her place alot to teach her since she'll be a n00b)

As for the guy who asked about my video card, i posted in the original thread that i'm carrying over my Radeon 9500 Pro. I don't think it's necessary for me to update the card at this time. She runs just fine and i'm sure it'll handle HL2.

....now, it's a waiting game for the UPS guy !!
