I wouldn't do anything...

If you do something back to her, than she was right, her life probably would be better without a kid like that.

Make her realize that you are a good part of her life by doing nothing and being nice back to her, then the whole thing should stop eventually instead of just going back and forth with you both being jerks to each other and ruining the family even more...
