59 is a bit onthe warm side, but within specs.

AMD sets a max temp at 70. I have mine set to shut down at 65. The hottest I get is around 55 under full load like gaming and i run around 45-50 at idle. I think mine is a bit hot, but I dont have the breeziest case, and I try to keep mine quiet.

If you are concerned, you need to check on your airflow. Dont put your pc in a closed in shelf, turn your fans up if you can, add fans to your case if you can, clean up the cables inside you case, etc.

Is you heatsink/fan stock? Did they come with the cpu? If so, they are sub-standard for athalons. Consider upgrading you cpu cooling.
