Thats what happens when you hire kids.
I worked in a number of food service places over a 8-10yr period, including burgerking for a bit. Most places didnt do the nasty things you hear about, but they could happen easily. Thats one reason I like the subway concept of being able to see you food being prepared. Other than that I dont lke to think about it.
