Hey, I'm mod now... It doesn't feel any different to not being a mod, trust me.

Honestly, the best way to become a mod is to never ask for it, or hint that you want it.

This ensures that if you do get offered it, it will be because you're wanted there.

I see a lot of people say recently "Am I respected?" in threads like these.

If you have to ask, the answer is likely "no".
