Although, the problem still persists... after 16-20+ players show up on the server, the server starts to lag terribly. I check the processes and it's only using like 25% cpu utilization and the network is only hitting 15% of the bandwidth.

It's so strange to see the server hummin' along but when it starts hitting somewhere between 16-20 players, the server starts to get laggy.

Any ideas?
