I very much agree with this....
This is what makes a GOOD mod.
Notice how mod(s) we had respect for.....I.e - Spooge, never posted after locking a thread?
That was the way to do it.
I think only a few people on this forum can pull off the authority figure, and
they CAN'T begin as one of us, unless they've had our respect as some kind of authority figure from the beginning.
You just can't give someone the respect required to mod/admin a forum out of nowhere, if they started as just a mere fellow forum member.
