very nice.

but a few suggestions:

darken the pockets on the sleeves

darken the modeled gear (darken the texture for the models so it matches the shirt and pants, the gear will not stand out)

add a bit of green to the brown. most allied airborne had some sorta olive drab color to it.

add leg ties

anywho this is the best airborne skin ive seen.
