Im doubting it myself. Best I can figure out is that he set it up so you have chams on when using the binoculars, and that wouldnt show who has a wallhack and who doesnt. The only way to know if they have chams on for instance is to be the server and scan thier shaders. If you could actively read the shaders and know what your looking for then you would know whether they had chams or a wallhack. Far as I can tell it is utterly impossible to tell clientside. Odds are this is a haox, But I would love him to prove me wrong.
