Faster processor, faster Hard Drive (10000 RPM, or 7200 RPM instead of 5400 RPM) faster memory and more memory.
MoH:AA will cache a lot of data if you have more than 256MB memory. This means that when you first load a map it will save shared info (like textures, models and effects) and will store it in your RAM, even after you quit back to windows.
This will stay in your RAM until it is shunted out by another application.
This means that having 512MB RAM will make your maps load faster (after the first map is loaded from bootup) than if you had only 256MB.
