I can tell you what some of these are.....
 1. Looking Up / Down: This seems to be an issue for folks with optical mice. I used to experience it alot and then I changed mouse pads at the suggestion of someone who also had had the problem. Worked like a charm.

 2. Continous Shooting: This seems to be a Quake issue since it also occurs in other games based on the Quake engine (ie. RtCW). I'm assuming they're using the same multiplayer code.

 3. Weapon Changing / Throw Away Weapon: Not the faintest clue - I've never had it happen.

 4. Shivering: This seems to be related to the continuous shooting issue - I've never seen it without also having the continous shooting (though I have seen the shooting issue without the shaking). I have not seen this in other quake based games.

These do seem to be multiplayer issues. I can only remember experiencing continous shooting once in single play, but I've seen it alot in multiplay (I played the sp demo about 1/2 as much as the mp demo, so maybe that is why).

I've also seen folks blame it on lag, but I agree, these are bugs. I know the quake code uses an optimizer to try to reduce lag by guessing where you'll be and when (which is why folks sometimes bounce around - its not technically lag, just the code guessing wrong and re-setting them to their right location). But auto shooting? That may be the server farting - I haven't yet read through the pak server side scripts, but there may be some funky stuff in there for MoHAA.
