i was using the nocd crack from gamecopy world.

i know for a fact i patched the server today at work.

but, its listing my server as a version 1.00 server.

meaning, the .exe is still the old .exe and maybe this is my problem.

so ill go into work tomorrow and screw with it. hopefully it will solve the problem i want rcon power damnit!
