I would have to disagree, i guess you are not a sportsman. First off I eat what I kill. There is a joy in hunting. Hunting is actually conservationist if done according to the law. If the deer population goes unchecked ie:hunted, there is less food which makes for a less healthy deer population. Disease runs rampant and the herds gradually get smaller. All the deer suffer. The herd numbers have greatly increased and the deer populations are healthier due to conservationist hunting measures. The bag limits vary season to season to make sure no detriment occurs to the deer population.I'm not saying hunting is for everyone but to compare an animal's life to a human's is rediculous. |
