ASk them to open port ranges from 12203 - 12310 That should solve any issues. Also, on a side note... Alot of campus' are having major network issues for two reasons... one the obvious virus outbreaks, and 2....


Asus released a new motherboard that has Artificial Intellegence which can pintpoint the exact location or a problem in a network line. It's been documented that on some older networks that have minor problems (my campus in specific) the new Asus AI motherboards are pinging the hell out of the system bringing the network to a screeching halt. It took our IT departement like 5 days to track down 6 people with that MB and cut off their internet connection into a solution could be developed.
