Not at liberty to say where you can get the software for free, however you could actually purchase it for a substancial amount of money, or... try their trial version (visit http://www.macromedia.com ) . Unfortunately the only way to really learn how to do things like that is to follow tutorials that come with the software, play around with it, or take a class. To try and learn a program from scratch by simply asking on the message boards "ok now how does it work?" is nearly impossible. As far as how you would actually place it onto a website.... There is plenty of documentation on how to do that, especially if you design your site using macromedia dreamweaver.

Ill suggest getting the new MX versions.
