Nah, the CPU bottlenecks the whole PC.
With only a 866 Mhz 4 year old architecture CPU you're asking that 128Mb card to force a brick through the eye of a needle... Proverbially. It will make some difference, to the aspects of the game that are purely graphic intensive (rather than CPU) but that's going to be a monumental waste of money for just 2-3 extra FPS.
Start from the ground up. Buy a Motherboard and CPU, rebuild your PC (can learn how to online, it's easy - I tought myself using an online tutorial) and upgrade the peripherals after that.
