Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ooooooo that card is total trash. If you buy it, all you'll be doing is throwing $100.00 at an expensive electronic door stop. Frame Rates are Terrible, benchmark scores are extreeeemmmly low, and worst of all... Mohaa textures don't render properly. Particurlarly on the 256mb card. I would suggest going with the Ati 9600 Pro, or 9700 for 50 bucks more.

As far as your pc goes... everyone is right to say that the processor is slowing everything down, but if your really tight for money, a memory upgrade would help if you not already maxed out. You can also try over clocking the FSB to increase performance. Just make sure you have the proper amount of cooling to support the higher temperatures. AND make sure you know how to reset CMOS if the PC refuses to boot after an FSB increase.
