They make small cuts in the skin and place small plastic balls, or other assorted shapes and place thme under the skin. Off the top of my head i cant recall how they get them to stay in place, but they do. Its the next thing people have discovered to make themselves "original", or "dark". Its the classic "look at me im special" syndrome you find in most "out cast" people.

Why: Crys for attention because mommy didnt hug them as a child.
