I saw this problem before. It might be blaster, i don't fully know yet. Can you go online and visit web sites? or can you start any other programs? Maybe try putting the files you want on cd then reinstalling windows....I have a number of questions, is your copy of windows whatever version legal? Or is it dl'd? Anyways, i'm probably wrong and it's probably something you have to do in regedit. I'm offically out of information.
