Now that i think about it i don't think the guy who stabbed the other guy was the guy that upham let go. he didn't kill upham on the stairs because there are rules to war. Even the germans had rules. upham wasn't instigating anything and took his hands off his gun and therefore the german did not shoot him. Now did upham see steamboat willy shoot captain miller? casue if he didn't then he would have no reaon to shoot himif he didn't see that. So if he ddin't see that, then the guy who stabbed the guy upstairs must be willy.

I dunno i'm all confused.
