The people who developed MOHAA are the people developing CoD, why would you want to keep playing EA's add-ons? EA are doing what they do with everything else, milking it for all it's worth.
As for CoD being a cross between MOH and RTCW, I dunno how you come to that conclusion seeing as CoD is easily the most realistic one of the three judging by the demo. No leaning while moving, no on the run sniping, sight-aims, etc.
I can't wait for CoD personally, and there's a new demo out as well
