Have you played 0.4j? Basrah's Edge? Weapon Bunkers? Our custom maps aren't so plane or helicopter heavy.
Here's a Basrah's Edge screenshot. It's pretty unanimous that it's the best urban map ever for BF1942 and its mods...

Yeah but overall theres like 3 maps that are ok for tanks and infantry, the rest (mainly the bf maps) are basically dominated by planes\helicoptors. I dont usually play custom maps just the ones included with the mod.
