I've had the opportunity to play Ice Hockey with some of the current and former washington capitals in a non-contact chariety game a few years back. Was Maryland/D.C./Virgina High School All Star Game vs. Washington Capitals / Caps Alumni Association. Funds went to benefit the childeren of a former cap that died of a heart attack at an early age. All I can say is those guys are INCREDIBLE... My senior year I led the league in points, and during the game, I think i controlled the buck all but 3 seconds. And I believe that was while i was fishing it out of our net.

Oh yeah....

I also met Barry Melrose and Darren Pang (god he sucks!) at Game 3 of the 1999 Stanley Cup finals... They used this "Godzilla" prop I made for their pre-game show. "Zilla" is the nick name for Washington Goaltender olaf kolzig for those who don't know.
