where is your gear shader?

this is wrong:
qer_editorimage textures/models/human/usmaps/ranger/allied_hpl_hemlet.sdk
make it:
textures/models/human/allied_hpl_helmet.tga

dont make your armband shader the same as your coat, armbands can be found in the pak2.pk3 in an folder called "insignia"
