I can get you a working respawn mod... the one on pmoh works... the respawn mod is just an edited .scr file, so if you have the team1.scr being used for say, a map fix in something, it may only look at that one and miss the one in your respawn mod...

so the key is to make sure that it is the only team1.scr mod in your mainta folder...
