Everyone reads the top of that without looking into the law about it below. What they did they can do according to the law, its a motorised vehicle so it falls under that catagory.
Correct me if im wrong, but dont certain states in america have laws about not being able to marry an animal on a given day of the month and shit like that? oOo:
