I NEED HELP! I CAN'T FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO ON THIS LEVEL OF MOH: AA!!

The level starts out in a train car and the 1st objective of the mission is to get out of the train car and kill all the snipers in the towers and then get inside to rescue any prisoners ... but all my guys in my team keep dying and i can't figure out what to do?!?!?!!?!?

Cananyone help ?????
