I could use your help on this, if you know how to do it.

In Paint Shop Pro 8, there is a way to match the colors of something you cut onto something else you paste, even if they have different colors. The process, I believe, is called Blending. Does anyone know how to properly do this in PSP8? Basically, I'm looking to do this when I cut out something and paste it on somewhere else, I want the colors to match.
