It's easy man. 15 minutes or less.

* Uninstall the drivers for your current card
* Shut down the PC
* Open the case
* Remove the screw holding the card in place
* Remove the card by pulling it out of the slot in the motherboard
* Insert your new card into the same slot
* Replace the screw to hold the card in place
* Close the case
* Turn the PC on
* Install the drivers for your new card
* Reboot
* Adjust the Display Properties as needed

Some cards require a connection to the power supply, but that's easy too. Find an unused plug and plug it into your card... if you don't have any unused plugs this is an entirely different problem.
