It happens all the time. Every year, and not just on Rememberance day.

Outside Mewata Armouries, where my unit The Cahgalry Highlanders are based, there is a Sherman Tank as well as a Mk. II Universal carrier from WWII. Both of them were defaced last year. It's sad.
