Just as a side note, aren't they currently prosecuting Milosevic for war crimes (genocide) that he had commited in Yugoslavia? As for Hitler didn't he commit suicide when he knew he was defeated? Don't know about the rest though (US, Japanese, German or Italian leaders of that era)
