you should make a stock skin replacement pack like i did
ill tell you how if you dont know hot to make one
but you should make a bunch of different skins based on that uni, like a medic, unteroffitzeir, different pants and gear for some infantrymen
in fact, if you did that, i will make my 101st stock skin pack go with it, like a normandy or holland battle pack: 101st vs. (whatever unit you are modelling, i like the black uni you have there a lot)
