It all depends on the emulator, but you need a voodoo/glide wrapper and the propper ini file to play them. Go to arcadeathome.com and check out the n64 emulators. Underneath the list are the various wrappers and ini files. Try 1964, UltaHLE or Nemu64 as an emulator, but make sure you go to the web sites otherwise you'll be using an older one.

Just remember, you need a pretty powerful system to run these games smoothely, they still haven't gotten the emulation down to properly run the games. Most of them will not work properly, so don't expect much. If you really want to play N64 games just go buy one, they are cheap at gamestop.
