Thanks for the replies guys, by the way, my comp is pentiumIII 800 MHZ 256 MB SDRAm and 64MB ATI RADEON, the game runs very smooth on 800X600 resolution single player, I do not have lag problem whatsoever, the texture details etc options I have on the game is high, it's a huge difference on the multiplayer
So you would recommend me putting all the game details on low and try to connect on game ping lower than 250ms(which I always do) and join servers which has 7 players or less... I'll try that.
PS:I live off campus, I do know my college do have the t2 line for all on campus residents, but not where I am living...
