Do a complete uninstall, make sure the EA Games folder is deleated from your Program Files folder, and clean your registry. Then install the MOHAA CD, start the game, go to the multi-player room, set your player options, and quit the game. Now install the Spearhead CD. The 1.11 patch is on the Spearhead CD and will load before the game does.
