All very good tips, short bursts of 3-5 shots are the way to go in most cases, aim high (I always aim for head shots, since they are a one shot kill) but if you miss, your bound to hit them in the upper torso which is a 2 shot kill...

I great place to practice this is v2... the third "line" up from the bottom is about head level, run around with your cross hair at this line, when you run into someone shoot, your bound to hit them in the head.
