Depends on the firecracker, I mean we both live in Ottawa, we could have some fun, I have the Anarchist cookbook if you want it, but if they are red devils light em and throw then in a puddel when someone walks by get in wet, of find some doors to ppl's houses that have the mailbox in the door, wait till 11 PM and go house to house lighting them and putting them in. PM where you got them in Ottawa.
