right click the things icon you want to replace, then go to cuztomize and it says change icon, then browse for where the custom icons are located
and for the recycle bin, my computer stuff like that, right click your desktop, go to properties, desktop, then click the customize desktop button, click on one of the icons of my computer...etc and then it says change icon there
