Screen capture, as in screen shot?

Just use the default capture that MOHAA gives you. To use it hit F12 in a game.

If your looking for extra software to get screens, try HyperSnap DX-4. Its a good screen utility.... Go to http://www.hyperionics.com/index.html to pick it up
