Thanks for your reply, Doug. I got my guide yesterday and it IS useful. While I understand your predicament, and additonally I understand the need for vacations, I would have been satisfied with even an auto-response stating that you would be out until Monday and would catch up with customers upon your return. What concerned my was the total LACK of response.

In these days of "rampant" online fraud, people get very upset by unresponsive vendors, but are pretty understanding when they are at least being kept informed.
