Open pak0.pk3 or pak1.pk3 using pakscape or winzip or whatever,

Find models, then projectiles and look for a .tik file named something like steilhandgranate_primary.tik .

That's the german nade. I can't remember the name of the Us grenade ( imwithstupid: ), however, edit the .tik file.
